ILL is generally for print materials such as books, periodical articles, etc. Generally digital materials and databases are not part of an ILL. Electronic interlibrary loans may be permitted under certain circumstances, But most publishers will not agree to an electronic ILL provision because they believe that an electronic copy may be distributed around the world in seconds.
